Skilled Trade Member Services

Situation: A not-for-profit organization with a mandate to certify the skilled trade providers wished to understand the strengths and weakness of its service to ensure quality services and products and enhance membership benefits and loyalty.
Method: A survey was mailed to a random sample of over 1600 clients across Canada.
Outcome: The research provided insights into client’s views on the value of certification, and allowed the organization to identity vital changes to it services.
